Sweet Maries Mercantile began as a passion project — a home oven, a handful of trusted local suppliers, and a simple belief that baked goods should taste like they were made by someone who actually cares.
Today, we're proud to serve Saratoga and the surrounding area with breads that crackle, cakes that impress, and pastries worth waking up early for. Everything is baked fresh each morning, in small batches, using recipes passed down and refined over years of practice.
